This video laryngeal mask turns two of the most judgment-dependent steps in airway management — placement and cuff inflation — into two observable processes. During insertion, the integrated camera shows the mask advancing over anatomy in real time.

After placement, the real-time cuff pressure monitor shows what the inflated cuff is doing, continuously, so the seal stays inside its safe window for the whole case. Around both functions sits a reinforced tube that refuses to kink under drapes, draping, or head repositioning.
